A look at our everyday work

Workstations that feel right — flexible, modern and individual

A good workstation adapts to the needs of the person using it. At isepos, employees help shape their working environment by choosing their hardware freely, whether Mac, Windows or Linux. High-quality monitors, ergonomic peripherals and powerful computers provide excellent equipment. Flexible workstations with individual adjustment options help everyone feel comfortable and work efficiently. The result is a modern, comfortable environment that promotes productivity and satisfaction alike.

Relaxation and fun — our staff lounge

Work and relaxation belong together, which is why our staff lounge offers an ideal place to take a break. A games console, table football and a dartboard provide variety and encourage team spirit. Comfortable recliners invite you to switch off and recharge. Colleagues can chat in a relaxed atmosphere or simply clear their heads for a moment. This helps us create a healthy work–life balance and a pleasant working atmosphere at isepos.

A modern workplace for innovation and collaboration

A dynamic, modern environment is key to efficient working. At isepos, carefully planned spaces make it easier for teams to exchange ideas and support creative processes. Open areas and meeting spaces accommodate spontaneous discussions, while quiet areas allow focused work. Digital tools and smart technologies keep processes running smoothly and enable flexible collaboration. This creates a workplace that supports innovation and strengthens team spirit.

Bright interiors for a pleasant working atmosphere

Large windows and carefully designed lighting create a friendly, welcoming workplace. Our bright offices help people concentrate and provide a pleasant atmosphere for creative, productive work. Modern furniture in neutral colours makes the space feel open and uncluttered. Natural materials and well-distributed light further support employee wellbeing. The result is an inspiring space where everyone can feel comfortable and work efficiently — setting the scene for a successful career in control technology and automation.

A comfortable climate for productive meetings — our modern meeting room

A pleasant environment is essential for successful meetings. Our air-conditioned meeting room maintains a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Modern conferencing technology, a large screen and high-quality audio equipment make presentations and video conferences possible at any time. Comfortable seating and thoughtful room design support focused work and effective discussion. Every meeting at isepos can be productive and enjoyable.

Our staff kitchen — a place for breaks and conversation

Our staff kitchen offers fresh coffee, a wide selection of teas and filtered water, still or sparkling. A modern coffee machine prepares espresso, cappuccino and classic Americano. Microwaves and an oven are available to heat food brought in for lunch. Regular staff meals encourage team spirit and provide opportunities to talk. This makes the kitchen at isepos a central meeting place for short breaks and relaxed conversations.
