At MTU Maintenance Hannover, the 50 × 50 × 50 cm version of isePRINT is used in shift-based production. Our control technology is therefore used in everyday industrial operations.
The collaboration began with a pre-production project. Today, isePRINT demonstrates how motion control, operation and mechanics work together in a complete machine.

Motion control with FIR filtering enables tailored acceleration profiles. This supports smoother movements and clean contours during printing.

Made in Germany: developed and manufactured in Germany with regional partners. isePRINT meets the applicable EU machinery requirements. A touchscreen, automatic levelling and an enclosed build volume with filtered exhaust air complement the controller to create an industrial 3D printing machine.

From filament
to the finished part.
isePRINT uses 1.75 mm filament without restriction to a single manufacturer. We use a test print to select the right material for your part's geometry and requirements.
Experience with metal-filled filament too
At MTU, our printer was used with metal-filled BASF filament as well as plastic. This first produces a so-called green part. It only becomes the metal component after subsequent debinding and sintering outside the printer.
We currently have no proven replacement for the BASF material previously used. For new metal applications, we assess the material and the entire process from printing through to sintering.
