When quality requirements rise, responsibilities are unclear or reliable evidence is missing, Michaela brings structure to your processes and projects. As Managing Director, she is responsible for administration and related processes at isepos. She combines her knowledge as a business specialist (Fachwirtin) and technical business administrator (technische Betriebswirtin) with audit experience and her own leadership responsibilities. She supports your quality management and also advises on information security and AI management.

When security requirements meet established IT systems or complex development processes, Martin helps you assess risks and implement the right measures. As Managing Director, he is responsible for technical operations and development processes at isepos. He combines experience in industrial control development, IT and AI research with audit practice. You gain a contact who understands technical details and works with you to establish the organisational foundations for information security and AI use.
